With a team this busy, it takes someone special to be the ringmaster: Janis.

The Office Manager and Administrator at JE+TM, Janis balances critical daily operations with the day-to-day joy that keeps the team afloat. She’s our secret ingredient to getting things done and making it all run smoothly.

After years of staying home with her three kids, Janis found a second career in real estate. She explored different aspects of the industry, getting a taste of support and administrative work before finding her way to the John Eric + Trevor Moore team – and she’s not looking back.

Originally from Atlanta, Janis explored the country as a military spouse, making stops in the Pacific Northwest and California. Today, she is proud to call NOVA her home. After more than 10 years in the area, she cannot imagine living anywhere else - except maybe a secluded cabin near a stream.

You can’t slow Janis down! She’s an avid gardener, DIY master, and volunteer for both her community and school programs. In addition to managing the JE+TM team, she keeps her crew at home in check: three kids (Buzz, Clay, and Cricket), a dog, two cats, and her ball python, Mr. Buttersworth.
